Tapping  is the most innovating technique, which opens up the
  guitar to new dimensions  

Deze  website is onder andere gemaakt om de jaren ‘70 en 80' als   
                                          gitarist te documenteren d.m.v. foto’s en artikelen.  

Sinds 2002 houd ik mij bezig met de tappingtechniek.  Tapping is  het   

neerzetten/tikken van de snaren met de vingers tegen de frets,                        

waardoor  niet  aangeslagen  hoeft te worden. Deze techniek op gitaar              

genereert mooie  geluiden. Tegenwoordig speel ik zo nu en dan op                    

open podia en bij kleine culturele aangelegenheden.

            De in de website opgenomenmuziekfragmenten - bij de videobeelden               

           en bij foto's – komen binnenkort op CD.

The website is mainly built in order to documenta te the 70’s and 80’s as           

a guitar player by pictures and articles.                                                                 
since 2002, the technique of tapping has caught my interest for the                    
   reason that it creates beautiful sounds. The essence of tapping is to                     
 produce a sound by hammering the string with your finger  against the              
fretboard. One doesn’t need to pluck or strum, because the impact of the         
string-while hitting the fret- causes the string to vibrate.                                    
At the present time, I occasionally play on open platforms and cultura            l
events. The partly recorded music on the video and pictures will  soon              
 be released on my first CD.
